YT_info is designed to be a simple utility for reading publicly available YouTube metadata. We do not ask for, collect, or store any personal information such as your name, email, phone number, address, or login credentials.

You can use the main tool and blog without creating an account and without submitting any personal data.

2. Information You Provide

The only input the tool requires is a YouTube video URL that you paste into the form. This URL is used temporarily to retrieve:

• Upload time
• Views
• Tags (if available)
• Thumbnails
• Basic channel statistics

These values are processed in real time and displayed back to you. We do not use the entered URL to build personal profiles or track individual users.

3. No Personal Data Collection

YT_info does not:

• Request registration or login
• Ask for your email address or phone number
• Store personal identifiers tied to a specific individual
• Use tracking pixels to build behavioral profiles

If you contact us separately via email, any personal data you choose to share is only used to respond to your inquiry and is not combined with tool usage data.

4. Server Logs and Technical Data

Like most websites, the hosting server may automatically record basic log data for security and maintenance, such as:

• IP address (in standard server logs)
• Browser type and version
• Approximate access time and requested URL path

These logs are used only to keep the service stable and to prevent abuse or attacks. They are not used to identify individual users in normal operation.

5. Cookies and Analytics

YT_info aims to operate with minimal tracking. If any cookies are used, they are limited to technical purposes such as:

• Remembering simple UI preferences (for example, hiding a tooltip you have already dismissed)
• Basic security or anti-abuse mechanisms

We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information.

6. YouTube Data and Third Parties

YT_info uses publicly accessible endpoints and the YouTube Data API to retrieve metadata. However, YT_info is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google.

When you use YT_info, you remain subject to YouTube’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your YouTube account, and we do not modify videos or channels.

7. Data Storage and Retention

The YouTube URLs you enter are processed in real time and not stored as a personal history. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (such as total number of requests per day) may be kept for monitoring service health and API limits.

We do not build individual usage profiles tied to your identity.

8. Children’s Privacy

YT_info does not target children and does not collect personal data from minors. Because we do not run accounts or registration, there is no mechanism to knowingly store personal information from children.
